Life is like a bubble, but the kindness shown to others, the service rendered to humanity, leaves an inspiring, indelible mark.
When an earthquake strikes, or a flood washes away villages, whenever nature plays havoc with the lives of humans, the kind hearted come to the rescue of their fellow beings and their generosity is seen everywhere. It is overwhelming to see millions of people donating small to big amounts, finally making it substantial, like little drops of water making a mighty ocean.

But why does this huge sum of donation trickle down to a meager amount when it reaches the end beneficiary?
Are the handicapped paupers on the roadside actually handicapped or just pretend to be, to fill their coffers?
The question is, do all the donations reach the deserving?
Proper usage of funds poses a great challenge. Donations are to be channeled in such a way that they address the concerns of the beneficiaries permanently. A lot more people would be encouraged to donate, if the right usage is assured.

Donations To VR1 – An Investment
Giving the poor child a taste of luxury for a brief period cannot create any substantial change. It might in fact turn harmful if it creates a sense of depression that creates negative attitudes.VR1 does not propagate such temporary solutions to the problems of the society.
We envisage radical comprehensive changes to create permanent solutions. As a part of this, we have the CAP (Child Adoption Program) and VAP (Village Adoption Program)
Sponsoring A Child (CAP)
The students (beneficiaries) at VR1 are trained into effective powerful SITIZENS (citizens with social responsibility) with a sense of obligation to give back to the society. Thus, the funds donated to VR1 are in fact an investment.
The child you sponsor at VR1 receives all-round education on par with international standards at just Rs.3000 per annum!
Sponsoring A Village (VAP)
At Rs.5000 per annum, you can contribute to the development of an entire village.
To organize all our activities, we maintain a website dedicated to the village, connecting it with the outside world.
VAP Ensures
Transfer of knowledge to the people of the village through supply of booklets, which they can understand easily.
Health and hygiene by organizing health awareness programs,etc.
Employment opportunities for the youth and training in employment-oriented skills.

The utilization of funds is authenticated and validated by experienced professionals with integrity.

You can monitor every penny you sponsor on the child on a day-to-day basis on the website.
You can also regularly interact with the children online or visit a VR1 HOME in person and monitor their progress
We invite highly experienced, responsible people, known for their sincerity and honesty to take up the authentication power.
They include not only retired IAS and IPS officers but also people of character from all walks of life. To take up the authentication power of our pilot project we invited Mr.Rama Rao, a retired Asst. Commissioner of Police who has been conferred the highly prestigious “Indian Police Medal” by president of India in 1995. He was also awarded “Uttama Seva Pathakam” and “Mahonnatha Seva Pathakam” by the State Government. He received 9 meritorious awards and 365 service awards. He has kindly consented to shoulder the responsibility of monitoring the fund utilization of VR1.
Beyond The ZERO HEAD Organization
At VR1, no board members have remunerative roles. The funds are never used to pay salaries to the board members or to meet the administrative and infrastructure expenditure of the VR1 Trust. On the contrary, the board members and organizers themselves contribute to the fund. Through various activities that they organize, they add more than 20% to your donation!
In spite of all our precautions, if any misuse of funds does occur, the organizers of VR1 will take up the responsibility of replacing the missing fund.
