Gossip has been well defined by someone as putting two and two together and making it five. Gossip is generally negative or unproductive. Gossip is sometimes harmful also, straining relationships and damaging the public image of the victim.

However, Gossip is inevitable and is an integral part of our lives. It enables self-expression and allows us to de-stress.To make it productive too, let us inculcate Knowledge Oriented Speaking through constructive criticism, analysis and discussions about ideas, opinions, views, and concepts. Such a speaking does not confine to sharing, but ignites and influences the thought process to deliver actions, what we call Systematic Intelligent Performance

It is with this idea that VR1 forever introduces KOSSIP - Knowledge Oriented Speaking and Systematic Intelligent Performance, a program designed to develop positive thought process and right attitudes among students which in turn create harmony in the society.

Ever since the introduction of the various programs under KOSSIP, several students have sought VR1's help to turn their dreams to reality. VR1 encourages students to spread right attitudes in the society with their skills. One such group of students from GITAM University in Vizag, Sirish and his friends approached VR1 for help in making a song. The VR1 team provided them with the theme of the song and a fund of Rs.25,000/- for the total expenses! Sirish and his friends came up with the lyrics and tune while the VR1 team made the necessary revisions at their request. The VR1 team further provided them with professional support and recording facilities!

This song has been released on 1 Jan 2010 at the VR1 HOME in Vijayawada during VR1's First Anniversary Celebrations! VR1 has spread the song overnight directly to students from over 1000 colleges across the country! One can imagine how far and wide your talent could spread in such a short span!
